Never Climb a roof to install a pipe flashing. Patented and proven over 200,000 Kozy Kollars have been installed in New England in the last 30 years The Kozy Kollar is the only pipe flashing installed from INSIDE the building OVER shingles. With only three easy steps done in less then 15 minutes there as no reason to climb on a roof again. Step 1; mark the penetration with the supplied template, cut the hole from inside through the plywood and shingles with a reciprocating saw. 2 apply a thin bead of the suppled gasket sealant on the main seal. Pass the Kollar through the hole and set it on top of the shingles. 3 Install the Lower Mounting install and tighten the 7 rod couplings. JOB"S Done
